I set my weight loss goal and after entering it into Happy Scale, broke it into 15 milestones. Working on the 4th milestone after just 5 weeks, I feel each milestone is a mini-goal that I can manage. The animations and predictions are also helpful and motivating. The more you use the app, the better it works. Take time to look at the settings in each section and adjust them to suit your needs.
If I could also load the app on my android phone and sync across platforms, I would rate it 5 stars.
