I have been using this app for a few weeks, and so far its been helpful. All I have to do is add my weight each day (or however often you want), and it shows me daily, weekly, and monthly trends all in one location. I like the fact that it simply gives me numbers. Theres no judgment, but when the weight goes down, it tells you that your trends have improved. This app has helped keep me accountable, and it will even set goals for you in chunks that it calls milestones. It lets you control the pace and what measurements you want to use. For a free app, its certainly worth the time to give it a try. Im glad I did.
