…if you need to track your weight. In my experience, the math behind how this app does graphs and makes predictions is by far the most accurate approach - it minimizes daily bumps and drops and thereby makes it much easier to see the large trends, which is what weight management is all about. I tell my coaching clients there are two ways to do weight tracking: one is not at all (just go by how clothes fit) and one is every day... and if they choose every day, I suggest they get this app!
