Thanks to my gym I got it how well the metabolism diet is working and lost 12kg in last 3 weeks. I am using several apps to track my weight to keep me motivated, but this one -by far- is my favourite as it not only tells you your recent weightloss but also what you lost during last week, last month, last 3 month and during all that time...
It is very well done and very easy to use and also can be adjusted easily when necessary (for instance I forgot a .1 at my weight at which I started and could change it back then, so that my weight is 100% accurate now.
